Services Provided

The primary purpose of Educare funding is to improve the quality of care provided by DSS subsidized child care providers, especially the DSS registered provider population. The latest research on brain development shows that the care a child receives during the first five years of life, with birth to three years of age being the most critical, impacts a child's potential for future learning. Our target population is the DSS subsidized providers caring for children from birth to three years of age.

Note:  Any of these providers can serve subsidized children.
