Welcome

Project REACH (Rural EArly CHildhood) is a free and voluntary program available in select rural Missouri counties to support those who care for young children.

We are a research-based program designed to enhance the quality of early child care and education. Through ongoing on-site visits, we provide training, support and assistance to those who care for and teach young children.

Project REACH is a part of the Center for Family Policy and Research at the University of Missouri in Columbia.

Funding for this program is provided by the Missouri Department of Social Services, Children’s Division, Early Childhood and Prevention Services Section.
